NABCONS (NABARD Consultancy Services) is the consulting arm of NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development). Under the SARRA initiative, NABCONS has been engaged for a Carbon Credit Feasibility Study under the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) project for the Song River catchment area covering Dehradun and Tehri districts. The inception report has been received as of April 2026.
